About Us

a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting returning citizens in their journey towards successful reintegration into society.

Our story began when we saw the challenges faced by individuals returning from incarceration. Virginia’s recidivism rate remains high, with approximately 23% of returning citizens reincarcerated within three years. Many of these individuals cite a lack of access to stable housing, employment opportunities, and support systems as the primary factors contributing to their return to prison. Often, they are released into the community with only the clothes on their back, without any means to communicate effectively with business entities or resource centers.

We founded Belief Faith Fruition to address these issues head-on. We recognized that other reentry services were not immediately available or lacked the resources and first-hand knowledge necessary to meet the needs of returning citizens. Our goal is to fill this gap and provide the support that these individuals need to successfully reintegrate into society.

Belief Faith Fruition

Our team has extensive experience working with incarcerated individuals across various correctional centers, including Beaumont, Caroline, Coffeewood, Cold Springs, Greensville, Indian Creek, Marion, Nottaway Work Center, and Rustburg. We have merged our efforts with the reentry and mentorship programs offered at Coffeewood Correctional Center, a key location for those being released to the Northern Virginia area.

We are also actively seeking collaboration with Department of Corrections officials to ensure that those set to be released to our area are relocated to facilities closer to Northern Virginia for the remaining three years of their sentence. During this time, we conduct interviews and analyses on each returning citizen, seeking ways that we can aid them in their reentry efforts.
